RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn and unused
In original packaging
Free of any signs of wear, damage, or alteration

All returns and exchanges are closely inspected upon receipt. If an item shows any signs of wear, scratches, resizing, damage, or use, it will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet these conditions.

Custom orders are made exclusively for you, so they are final sale and not eligible for a return/refund.

There is an $8 return shipping & handling fee applied to all returns or exchanges.

Please allow up to 15 business days from when we receive your return for your return/exchange to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday except for federal holidays. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us.

REFUNDS

Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the item and send out a notification email with information on refund to your original method of payment. Please note, due to credit card processing, your refund can take up to 7 days to process.

Finding Your Bracelet Size

Option 1: Use Our Bracelet Sizer Tool

Adjust slider until it feels snug around your wrist.
Add 1/4" to that length to determine bracelet length! (If you prefer a looser fit, then we recommend adding 1/2" to that length!)

Option 2: Measure At Home

You can easily measure your bracelet size at home! Just wrap a piece of string snugly around your wrist, measure it against a ruler, then add 1/4 inch, that's your bracelet size!

Here’s a quick breakdown of our most popular lengths:

12" - 14" ✨ Fits closely around the neck. A choker style length.

16" ✨ The go-to everyday standard length, great on its own or as a base layer.

18" ✨ Longer than your classic chain length, this is a great choice for pendants and layering multiple chains.

20" - 22" ✨ Adds length and drama, ideal for a deep neckline or stacked with shorter pieces.

Most of our necklaces come with a 3” extension chain, so you can adjust and style your stack exactly how you like it. Adds great versatility!
